Greek-style salad

A simple and colourful salad packed full of Mediterranean flavour.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, oregano and black pepper together.
  2. Combine the salad vegetables, olives and dressing, mix well and put in a serving bowl.

    You could add some diced pepper too.

  3. Crumble the cheese over the top.

    Serve with some crusty bread or wholemeal pittas to make a light meal.
